In my healing journey I often heard the phrase ‘Heal your inner child’ Well let me tell you I tried so hard to connect with my inner child and heal her but it wasn’t working, A few months later, I had an epiphany and i realized it wasn't my inner child that needed healing it was my Inner Teen.
